How should you use this sore throat spray?

Shake the throat spray before use.
The first time you use it, press the pump 4 times to activate the spray.
Aim the nozzle into your mouth toward the sore area.
Adults: 3 to 4 sprays, 2 to 4 times a day between meals, for 5 days.
Children (ages 3 and up and weighing more than 10 kg): 1 to 2 sprays maximum, twice a day, between meals, for 5 days.

Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after using the spray.
Rinse the spray nozzle with water after each use.
