What are the side effects and contraindications?
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. This product may irritate the eyes. In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to the eyelids, the base of the nose, the corners of the mouth or to irritated or damaged skin. After the first few applications, you may notice transient burning, itching or drying of the skin. If these sensations persist, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. While using the product, avoid exposure to the sun and apply a photoprotector with a very high protection factor.
This product contains alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs), which may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and the risk of sunburn. Use sunscreen, wear sun-protective clothing and limit skin exposure while using this product and for one week afterwards.
