Vitall + Triphala Bio 300mg Standardized Extract 60 vegetable capsules an ally for transit and weight loss.

What is Vitall+ Triphala Bio 300 mg Standardized Extract used for?

Triphala is a complex of Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki berries traditionally used in Ayurveda to balance the three doshas Vâta, Pitta and Kâpha.

Amalaki, also known as amla, is recognized in Ayurvedic medicine for stimulating the digestive system, calming the nervous system, increasing memory and concentration, purifying the blood, supporting the liver and eliminating toxins. Amalaki regulates the energy of the Pitta dosha, promoting good gastrointestinal health and pleasant digestion.

Haritaki has been shown to relieve and reduce joint pain with an aqueous extract of the fruit. Haritaki regulates Vâta by activating and regulating intestinal transit.

Bibhitaki has great medicinal properties, such as detoxifying, maintaining a strong immune system, improving digestive transit and relieving sore throats. Bibhitaki soothes Kâpha and promotes digestion and elimination, for a general sense of well-being that is quickly felt.

Triphala helps regulate the general metabolism and helps eliminate toxins. With its high natural vitamin C content, it is also an excellent antioxidant with tonic effects. It re-educates the colon by cleansing its walls, enabling them to better assimilate the nutrients and vitamins contained in food.
