Colostrum supplement for calves, lambs and kids

Colostimel+ energy helps boost general and local natural defenses.

What is Colostimel+ energy calf-lamb-goat feed 8 sachets 200g?

Colostimel is a colostrum supplement for calves, lambs and kids, helping to boost general and local natural defenses. Newborns that do not receive sufficient quantities of high-quality colostrum in the first few hours of life will not be able to defend themselves properly against infectious agents until 2 to 4 weeks of age; in this case, any prior vaccination of the mother is ineffective. What's more, at birth, an intestine poorly colonized by non-pathogenic flora is all the more susceptible to early infection. The supply of energy is also necessary to reinforce the body's defense capabilities.

Colostimel helps strengthen the body's general and local natural defenses.

  • provides both rapidly-absorbed immunoglobulins, guaranteed 7 g of active IgG in 200 g of powder, and IgA.
  • provides protective lactic acid bacteria for the intestinal mucosa (Enterococcus faecium).
  • provides the energy needed to boost defenses.

Calves, lambs and kids who have not received an adequate quantity of quality colostrum in the first hours of life are particularly vulnerable. Colostimel + Energie is recommended for these young animals to compensate for the lack of maternal colostrum.

In the event of infections or periods of stress, young animals' immune defenses may be weakened. Colostimel + Energie can be used to support their immune systems during these critical periods.

Infection prevention is essential to ensure the growth and health of calves, lambs and kids. By including Colostimel + Energie in their feed, you can help reduce the risk of infection and ensure their well-being.

The well-being of young animals, such as calves, lambs and kids, is essential to ensure their future growth and health. One of the crucial elements in the first hours of their lives is colostrum, which provides essential antibodies and nutrients to boost their immune systems. However, these young animals sometimes don't get enough quality colostrum, which can compromise their ability to defend themselves against infection.

Colostrum is mother's first milk, rich in antibodies and essential nutrients. Colostimel + Energie contains first-milking skimmed colostrum, guaranteeing a high-quality source of maternal antibodies. These antibodies play a crucial role in the immune defense of young animals.

Lactic acid bacteria, such as Enterococcus faecium, are beneficial to digestive health. They contribute to a balanced intestinal flora, which is essential for healthy digestion and optimal nutrient absorption. What's more, a balanced intestinal flora boosts the immune system.

Vitamins A and E are important antioxidants that play a role in protecting cells from oxidative damage. Vitamin A is essential for vision, growth and development, while vitamin E supports the immune system.

Selenium and zinc are trace elements that play a crucial role in metabolism and immune system function. They are essential for maintaining robust immunity in young animals.

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in many bodily functions, including energy metabolism. It also contributes to muscular and nervous health.
