    True Lavender: Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral tablet twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose: 4 drops - 175 mg. Distilled part: flowering top

    Marjoram with shells: Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral tablet, maximum recommended: 5 drops per day - 200 mg. Distilled part: flowering top

    Sweet orange: Ingest 1 drop on a neutral tablet twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose 2 drops 80 mg. Distilled part: zest
