    What is Pranarom Essential Oil Lovage used for?

    Lovage, also called Mountain Ache, is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Apiaceae family found in mountainous meadows in Europe. It is used for its strong detoxifying and antitoxic power. It is a powerful ally to purify the body and purify all toxins. It is also highly recommended for its beneficial properties on psoriasis.

    Lovage essential oil is highly concentrated in terpenyl acetate, beta phellandrene and myrcene. These different molecules give it the following main properties:

    • Very good general detoxifier, the essential oil of Lovage helps reduce or eliminate waste and toxins that accumulate in the body .
    • Antipsoriatic essential oil of Lovage is a very good against psoriasis.
    • Anti-infective (myrcene, β-phellandrene): the beta phellandrene and myrcene present in the essential oil of Lovage help fight viruses, bacteria and other pathogens and control their development in the body.

    How to properly use Pranarom Detoxifying Essential Oil?

    Lovage essential oil must be diluted in a vegetable oil (20% essential oil for 80% vegetable oil).
    After application, do not expose yourself to the sun to avoid the risk of skin reactions to light. Avoid prolonged external use.

    Orally, 2 drops of Lovage essential oil on a neutral tablet, 2 to 3 times a day for 4 to 5 days.
