How do I use this supplement to restore vaginal flora?

Bactigyn Ovules should be administered into the vagina only.

The recommended dose is one ovule a day, to be administered in the evening before bedtime, for at least seven consecutive days in the case of moderate symptoms, or 10 consecutive days if symptoms persist, at the end of the menstrual cycle or as directed by the treating physician. On the advice of the attending physician, several non-consecutive treatment cycles may be repeated to increase or maintain the effects obtained.
