How do I use Ronchostim Spray Nasal 30 ml?

Before going to bed, spray the liquid solution into the 2 nostrils, tilting the head back, until you feel the solution in the throat. In general, 4 to 6 presses on the pump are enough for each nostril. For best results, do not eat or drink after use.
