Constipation during pregnancy or after childbirth: Take 3 granules of Hydrastis Canadensis 5CH three times a day. For chronic constipation during pregnancy, take 5 granules of the same strain in the morning and evening only.
For extreme weakness, fatigue, thinness and reduced immunity, as well as herpes labialis and herpes buccalis: The recommended dosage is 5 granules of Hydrastis Canadensis 4 CH three times a day, or 1 dose of Hydrastis Canadensis 4 CH twice a day.
