Development

• In order to ensure the safety of people and in order to obtain quality products, any development phase involves the following stages:
• A scrupulous assessment of raw materials to ensure their compliance with regulations, which are, on certain criteria, even stricter for food supplements than for drugs.
• Packaging items are checked to ensure their compliance, such as the absence of bisphenol A and phthalates.
• Throughout the formulation phase, our R&D teams ensure that the dosages of vitamins, minerals and other substances are respected in order to benefit from all the properties of the ingredients of interest.
• During formula changes or the development of a new specialty, a notification of the product is made to the competent authorities (such as the DGCCRF) as required by the regulations.

Manufacturing

The manufacture of our products is managed by experts , specialists in the field, in order to benefit from the best know-how at each stage of the manufacturing process.

Each subcontractor is selected according to criteria of good practice and after a thorough audit. Depending on the manufacturers, the manufacturing sites benefit from different certifications guaranteeing quality and level of requirement (ISO 22000, Good Manufacturing Practices, Pharmaceutical establishment status, etc.)

Control plans independent of subcontractors are carried out on a regular basis. They make it possible to ensure the conformity of the products concerning contaminants, pesticides or heavy metals in the formulas as well as the dosages in the finished product correspond to those indicated on the box.
