1. Before use, thoroughly clean the bottle under lukewarm running water, without using detergent.
2. Fill the bottle with bottled natural mineral water or water that has been boiled for at least one minute. The water temperature should be between 35°C and 40°C. If it is too hot, let it cool before using.
3. Fill the bottle to the marked line and add the contents of one or two packets of isotonic or hypertonic solution. Shake the bottle well until the solution is completely dissolved in the water.
4. Tilt your head slightly forward over a sink and hold the bottle upright. Insert the tip into one nostril and breathe through your mouth. Gently squeeze the bottom of the bottle to allow the solution to flow into the nostril, keeping your mouth open during the rinse. Wait for the solution to flow out of the other nostril. Repeat the same procedure for the other nostril. After rinsing, keep your head tilted forward for a few seconds and gently blow your nose.
5. Once used, clean the bottle again as described in the first step.
