How do I use this nasal hygiene device?

The Marimer Nasal Cleansing Kit is easy to use. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Before use, thoroughly clean the bottle under warm running water, without using detergent.
2. Fill the bottle with bottled natural mineral water or boiled water for at least one minute. The water temperature should be between 35°C and 40°C. If too hot, allow to cool before use.
3. Fill the bottle to the mark and add the contents of one or two sachets of isotonic or hypertonic solution. Shake well until the solution is completely dissolved in the water.
4. Lean your head slightly forward over a sink and hold the bottle vertically. Insert the mouthpiece into one nostril and breathe in through your mouth. Press gently on the bottom of the bottle to force the solution into the nostril, keeping your mouth open while rinsing. Wait for the solution to come out of the other nostril. Repeat the same procedure for the other nostril. After rinsing, keep your head tilted for a few seconds and blow your nose gently.
5. Once used, clean the bottle again as described in point 1.
