What is Douxo S3 Pyo Purifying Foam used for?

Douxo S3 Pyo Purifying Foam is the ideal solution for dogs suffering from skin imbalances caused by bacteria and yeast. Thanks to the antiseptic action of chlorhexidine digluconate 3%, it effectively disinfects the skin while respecting the cutaneous ecosystem. This no-rinse product offers antibacterial and antifungal action in just 10 minutes, helping to reduce harmful micro-organisms and prevent their proliferation.

The flagship ingredient,Ophytrium, selected for its very high tolerance, acts synergistically to strengthen the skin barrier, rebalance microbial flora and soothe irritation. In addition to its purifying properties, this foam intensely moisturizes the skin, leaving the coat soft, shiny and delicately scented. Its hypoallergenic formula is ideal for dogs with sensitive skin.

When your dog's skin is weakened, it becomes vulnerable to bacteria and yeasts such as Malassezia, which cause redness, itching and discomfort. In just 7 days, Douxo S3 Pyo significantly reduces yeast levels and improves skin condition. After 3 weeks of use, bacteria levels return to normal, leaving your dog with healthier skin and a shiny coat.

Unlike conventional disinfectants, which dry out the skin, this foam provides long-lasting hydration while protecting the skin barrier against external aggressors. It also makes it easier to detangle the coat for more pleasant brushing. Its light, pleasant texture penetrates quickly and leaves no greasy residue.

Thanks to its easy, no-rinse application, this product is perfect for dogs that are difficult to wash or require localized care. Suitable for short-haired, long-haired and thick-haired dogs alike. Used in conjunction with Douxo S3 Pyo Chlorhexidine Shampoo, this foam offers optimum protection and visible results from the very first week.

Remember to combine Douxo S3 Pyo Mousse with Douxo S3 Pyo Chlorhexidine Shampoo, recommended for dogs, cats and large animals such as horses, to reinforce the benefits of the treatment.

How to use this mousse for skin problems?

  1. Apply to a dry, brushed coat.
  2. Place 1 or 2 pumps in your hand and gently massage the foam into the skin.
  3. Repeat this operation all over the body, avoiding the area around the eyes and mouth.
  4. Do not rinse.
  5. Leave to air dry.
  6. Brush coat for a soft, shiny finish.

For dogs weighing less than 6 kg, apply 1 squeeze per kilo. For dogs over 6 kg, use 1 pressure per 2 kg. Double the amount if your dog has a long or thick coat. A 150 ml bottle gives around 200 squeezes.

To optimize the product's efficacy, we recommend cleaning the skin of dirt and crusts before the first application.
