What is the purpose of Lescuyer Régulinat Fonctionnement de la Thyroïde?

Optimal thyroid function is essential for regulating many of the body's functions: metabolism, energy, nervous system... But when this gland slows down, signs such as fatigue, weight gain or low morale can appear. Lescuyer Régulinat is a dietary supplement specifically formulated to support thyroid function, thanks to a rigorous combination of plants, vitamins and minerals.

Iodine, derived from the brown seaweed Laminaria digitata, is a key element in thyroid hormone synthesis. Its precise intake of 150 µg covers 100% of daily requirements, avoiding deficiencies that could impact metabolism. This nutrient is indispensable for the production of T3 and T4 hormones, essential for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland.

Selenium plays a fundamental role in protecting thyroid cells against oxidative stress. It is also involved in the conversion of T4 to T3, the active form of thyroid hormones. A selenium deficiency can therefore disrupt hormonal regulation and affect thyroid balance.

To reinforce the action of these trace elements, Lescuyer Régulinat incorporates guggul, extracted from Commiphora mukul resin. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, it helps maintain optimal hormonal balance by promoting the production and efficient use of thyroid hormones. Its 2.5% guggulsterone content guarantees optimum concentration of active ingredients.

L-tyrosine, an amino acid precursor of thyroid hormones, is also present in this formula. In synergy with iodine, it promotes the synthesis of T3 and T4 hormones, enabling the body to function at full capacity. A lack of tyrosine can lead to a drop in hormone production and a general slowdown in metabolism.

Finally, vitamins B6, B9 and B12 complete this synergy, reducing the fatigue frequently associated with a less active thyroid. They also contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system and energy metabolism, helping to restore overall balance and vitality.

We also offer Lescuyer Régulinat with Nathyroïd Équilibre de la Fonction Thyroïdienne, which acts to balance thyroid function, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

Advice from our naturopaths

Thyroid and naturopathy, endocrine gland treatments Thyroid and naturopathy, endocrine gland treatments

The thyroid is an endocrine (or hormonal) gland, located against the esophagus and which is schematically shaped like a bow tie. It is essentially made up of vesicles with walls made up of a single layer of cells, and which contain the colloid, mainly made up of thyroglobulin. The two hormones secreted by the thyroid gland are triiodothyronine (T3) and tetraiodothyronine (T4 or thyroxine)…
