2 ampoules a day, diluted in a glass of water, between meals.
They should be swallowed in a large glass of water, in a seated position to avoid digestive problems. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking Zinc granions.
After 3 months, this dosage can be reduced to 1 ampoule a day.

Precautions for use
This acne medication should only be used during pregnancy on the advice of a physician. However, its use during breast-feeding is not contraindicated.
This medication should be taken at mealtimes (at least 2 hours apart), and foods rich in phytic acid, such as soya, legumes, wholegrain cereals, corn or nuts, can reduce zinc absorption by forming complexes with it.
Foods rich in iron or calcium can also reduce the absorption of zinc granions, and therefore their efficacy.
Finally, you should always inform your doctor if you are taking zinc, as certain medications interact with this trace element. This is particularly true of certain antibiotics such as fluoroquinolones or cyclins, but also of foods containing calcium, iron or strontium.
Zinc granions should not be used if you are allergic to any of the compounds used in its formulation, including excipients (amylose, glycerol, glycine, purified water).
