How should you use Granions Zinc ampoules to care for your skin?

Take 2 ampoules per day diluted in a glass of water, between meals.

Swallow them with a large glass of water while sitting upright to avoid any digestive issues. Do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking the Granions Zinc ampoules.

1. Break off the first tip at the marked line, away from the glass.
2. Break off the second tip to pour the contents of the ampoule into the glass.
3. Dilute in a little water.

After 3 months of treatment, this dosage may be reduced to 1 ampoule per day.

Precautions
