What is Audevard Ekyflex Mobility Granules 1L used for?

Your horse's health and mobility are essential to its overall well-being. However, sometimes the stresses of physical activity or aging affect the mobility of your faithful equine companion. This is where Ekyflex Mobility Granules 1L comes in, a nutritional supplement formulated by Audevard to help your horse regain mobility and relieve locomotor problems. In this product sheet, we'll explore in detail the benefits and uses of Ekyflex Mobility, as well as the cases in which this supplement is particularly beneficial.

Ekyflex Mobility is particularly beneficial in the following situations:

  • Joint sensitivity: If your horse shows signs of joint sensitivity, such as stiffness, slight lameness or discomfort during exercise, Ekyflex Mobility can help relieve these symptoms.
  • Support for highly stressed joints: Horses subjected to heavy physical stress, such as competition or work horses, put a lot of strain on their joints. Ekyflex Mobility can help them maintain their mobility and prevent joint problems.
  • Senior horses: Aging can lead to locomotor discomfort in older horses. Ekyflex Mobility is an excellent choice to support mobility and improve comfort in senior horses.

Ekyflex Mobility is formulated with a combination of carefully selected natural ingredients to support your horse's mobility. Here are the main active ingredients:

Harpagophytum is a plant whose roots contain compounds with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Its common name, "Devil's Claw", refers to the hooks on its fruits. Harpagophytum is widely recognized for its benefits in relieving joint and muscle pain. It acts by reducing tissue inflammation, helping to alleviate the discomfort felt by the horse.

Meadowsweet is a plant rich in salicylin, a compound with anti-inflammatory properties similar to those of aspirin. It acts by reducing inflammation of joint tissues, helping to relieve pain. The presence of meadowsweet in Ekyflex Mobility makes it a natural supplement for the relief of locomotor problems.

Horsetail is a plant rich in silicon, a mineral essential for the formation of cartilage, bone and connective tissue. It can help strengthen joints by promoting the production of collagen, a protein crucial to joint health. Horsetail thus helps to keep joints supple and strong.

Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of joint synovial fluid. It plays an essential role by acting as a natural lubricant. When joints are well lubricated, they can function smoothly, improving mobility and reducing friction and wear on joint tissues. Hyaluronic acid thus promotes joint mobility.

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a powerful antioxidant. It has the capacity to protect joint tissues against oxidative damage caused by free radicals. In addition, vitamin C plays a key role in the synthesis of collagen, a protein abundant in cartilage. Adequate levels of vitamin C are essential for maintaining the structure and strength of articular cartilage.

The Audevard veterinary laboratory also offers the Ekyflex Nodolox flash syringe, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

How to use this drinkable solution for joints?

Ekyflex Mobility comes in granule form and is easy to administer. Here are the instructions for use:

  • Give 30 ml a day to your horse, directly into the mouth or mixed into its ration.
  • The product can be used continuously for a month, or episodically according to your horse's needs.
  • A 1L bottle provides 33 days' use.

Warning: Ekyflex Mobility contains harpagophytum, an ingredient considered to be a doping agent. It is therefore essential to stop using Ekyflex Mobility at least 48 hours before any competition, in order to comply with anti-doping regulations.
