The Akileïne red range to take care of damaged feet

The red range at Asepta is intended for plantar heating , swelling and irritation of the foot. The products consist of venotonic active ingredients such as red vine, horse chestnut and ginkgo biloba. Products perfectly designed to take care of the most tired feet.

Heating and plantar fatigue causes and consequences

The arch of the foot has a high concentration of nerve endings which make it a very sensitive and fragile area in the event of sustained physical activity or a long walk. The main consequence is manifested by overheating and burns which hamper walking.

Different causes exist in plantar heating such as poorly adapted soles, shoes that are too small, a long walk, heat or even a long standing position.

Foot fatigue can affect everyone, because our days are often busy. Some people take hundreds of steps a day as part of their daily activities, and others stand in a static position for long hours. In both cases, this strain on the legs and feet can cause fatigue and even pain.

The causes of plantar fatigue can be multiple. For example, being overweight or becoming pregnant can cause it. But also, poor support of the shoes as well as the wearing of high heels. Daily activity can also be the cause, either due to prolonged immobility when standing or intense physical activity.

Different treatments to remedy plantar overheating

A routine for tired , overheated feet:

To start when you come back in the evening, take a foot bath with the effervescent pebbles to relax you. A maximum of two baths per week are recommended. On clean feet, apply twice a day, either a freshness gel or the resting balm. And finally, always have your freshness spray to relieve the feet at any time of the day.
