Arkofluide innovative phytotherapy

Arkofluide is arkopharma's specialized liquid phytotherapy range. It features combinations oforganically grown plants. This liquid form is packaged in high-quality drinkable ampoules, free from colorants, preservatives, alcohol and synthetic flavors. To meet every need, 16 ampoule references are available, with the sole aim of offering the best of nature. This range of natural products is manufactured in France using the "ULTRAextract" extraction process. Arkofluides are made from ECOCERT-certified organic plants. This label guarantees safety and compliance with regulations. Once the plant has been identified, quality controls are carried out. To ensure perfect product quality and safety, Arkopharma's entire production site complies with ISO 22000 standards for dietary supplements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for medicines.

Why use a liquid form?

The liquid form has a long tradition in phytotherapy, and was obtained by infusion, pouring boiling water over the soft parts of the plant. It was then left to infuse for a while to extract its active ingredients. After years of research, Arkopharma laboratories came up with the ULTRAextract process to extract the active ingredients while preserving nature. Here are the different stages of the ULTRAextract® extraction process:

• Extraction of active ingredients: Plants are immersed in extraction tanks, where they are subjected to ultrasonic pulses precisely calibrated to preserve the integrity of the plant. The ultrasound creates cavitation bubbles in the water. As they implode, they release a large quantity of energy and produce jets of water projected at high speed towards the plant. This phenomenon destabilizes the plant's cellular structures, allowing the active ingredients to be drawn from deep within the plant.
• Pressing: The press stage separates liquid and solid compounds, and recovers the maximum amount of active compounds by pressing the plant.
• Filtration and packaging: After pressing, the plants are filtered to remove the finest, undissolved particles. The extract obtained is then packaged in ampoules. Finally, the ampoules are sterilized at a suitable temperature to preserve the active ingredients and ensure their stability over time.
