DEXERYL emollient and moisturizing cream without prescription 250G PIERRE FABRE for the face and body , in case of eczema , sunburn or atopic dermatitis .
It is used in the adjunctive treatment of dry skin (especially in cases of eczema, atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis or psoriasis) and not very extensive superficial burns (sunburn).
There are many types of eczema, although the term "eczema" is usually used to refer to different variants of the disease.
Atopic eczema or atopic dermatitis. It is the most common form of chronic eczema. Atopy is the tendency to react by allergic reactions mediated by antibodies called IgE in contact with allergens normally harmless to the rest of the population (dust, pollen, animal hair, etc.). Atopic people often present, simultaneously or alternately, various allergic reactions, such as hay fever, hives, asthma or food allergies. These allergies often have a hereditary component since they are observed in many cases within families where at least 1 of the members suffers.
Use cleansers that are gentle on your skin
The use of products with a neutral pH and a soft texture whose composition will not further attack your skin is essential. Avoid scented soaps which will irritate you.
When you dry your skin after the shower take care not to attack it more and dab rather than rub.
Dexeryl essential offers a washing cream that gently cleanses and hydrates from the first use. Dexeryl essential is for both the face and the body.
