How to use this essential oil
Oral route: 2 drops CTEO, 3 times a day, in synergy with niaouli or eucalyptus radiata, in honey, olive oil or on cane sugar, under the tongue. Cutaneous: 5 drops CTEO, 3 times a day, massaged on either side of the spine or on the thorax.
Daily use: 6 drops applied locally to the arch of the foot or the chest, morning and evening, to boost your immune system.
