What is Melatonin 1mg Solgar used for?

Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body to regulate biological rhythms. Produced mainly by the pineal gland (or epiphysis), a pea-sized structure located at the base of the brain, Solgar melatonin has multiple implications on many of our body's functions, its major effect remaining the synchronization of the sleep/wake cycle. Melatonin determines when we fall asleep.

It is available in the form of medicines and dietary supplements. This synthetic hormone, long used by flight attendants to compensate for jet lag, is becoming increasingly popular for sleep disorders. But it must be prescribed with care, and is not suitable for everyone.

To help you fall asleep more easily, Solgar offers Solgar Melatonin 1mg tablets. This formula has been developed on the basis of extensive research demonstrating melatonin's positive role in stimulating sleep.

Solgar Melatonin is recommended to relieve the negative effects of jet lag on sleep, for example.

Melatonin plays a crucial role in regulating the circadian cycle, the internal biological clock that influences wakefulness and sleep. It is secreted in response to darkness and peaks during the night, helping the body to fall asleep. By supplementing the body with melatonin, we can adjust levels of this hormone to facilitate the process of falling asleep and improve sleep quality.

Solgar Melatonin 1mg tablets are formulated with pure, high-quality melatonin, providing a precise dose for optimal effect. This formula was developed based on scientific research demonstrating the benefits of melatonin on sleep. Each tablet contains 1mg of melatonin, an appropriate amount to meet the needs of many individuals seeking to improve their quality of sleep.

It is important to note that melatonin is not suitable for everyone and should be used with caution. Although it is generally considered safe for short-term use, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional before starting any melatonin supplementation, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication. It is also advisable to respect recommended dosages, and not to overdo it.

We also offer SOLGAR MELATONIN LIQUID 59ML, at the best price in our online pharmacy.
