Use Granions Rhinargion nasal spray 2 times a day, or more as recommended by your doctor.
Remove the cap from the spray. Hold the bottle with 3 fingers: index and middle fingers at the base of the spray pump, thumb on the bottom of the bottle. When using for the first time, press down on the pump until the spray is even and uniform. Insert the spray tip into the nostril and perform 1-2 sprays, keeping your head upright and the bottle upright. Repeat the operation in the second nostril. Leave the product to work for a few minutes, then blow your nose or wipe away any excess mucus with a tissue. Rinse the spray tip thoroughly after each use, dry it and replace the cap.
