How do I use Pharmaprix Spray Nasal Hygiène du Nez?

PHARMAPRIX Nasal Spray is easy to use and suitable for all members of the family. For everyday use, simply spray 2 times in each nostril, morning and evening. In the event of a cold, repeat sprays to clear the nose and eliminate mucus as often as necessary.

For infants aged 2 months and over, and young children up to 2 years of age, we recommend placing them in a supine position, with their heads tilted to one side. Gently insert the tip of the bottle into the upper nostril and apply short, firm pressure. Repeat the operation in the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side. Then straighten the child's head to allow the mucus to drain away.

For adults and young children aged 2 and over, tilt the head to one side and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Apply short, firm pressure to the tip, then perform the same operation in the other nostril, tilting the head to the other side. Repeat this gesture 2 times for each wash.
