Using advice and opinion on Saugella Dermoliquide PH 3.5 500ml

Shake before use.

• Gently apply Saugella Dermoliquide 1 to 2 times a day and rinse well with clear water. Use Saugella Crème Douceur in case of occasional irritation of the mucous membranes. During menstruation you can use Saugella Natural Antiseptic morning and evening for a fortnight.

• Baby bath: Pour the equivalent of 4 to 5 tablespoons of Saugella Dermoliquide into the bath water.

A few tips on intimate hygiene:

• Have sufficient but not excessive intimate hygiene. Too frequent washing can alter the natural defense mechanism of the mucous membranes.
• Do not do internal toilet (“vaginal douching”).
• Use a specific product for intimate hygiene.
• Wash from the vagina to the anus and not the other way around, to avoid transferring faecal microbes.
• Rinse well and dry well with a clean towel after using the product.
• During periods of genital irritation, avoid synthetic underwear and tight pants.
• Remember to change sanitary protection regularly during menstruation.
