Euphonsugar-free lozenges are an over-the-counter medication traditionally used to relieve sore throats and temporary hoarseness. They contain a natural extract of Erysimum.

What is Euphon sugar-free lozenges used for?

For warnings, precautions and contraindications, please refer to the instructions for use.

Euphon lozenges quickly relieve sore throats and hoarseness.

Traditionally used to relieve sore throats and/or temporary hoarseness. Euphon is a traditional herbal medicine with specified indications based exclusively on long-standing use. Sugar-free.

  • Sore throat is a very common pain felt at the back of the throat. More precisely, it is located in the pharynx and tonsils. It is characterized by a tingling, burning sensation and sometimes difficulty swallowing (dysphagia). It may be accompanied by other symptoms: fever, swollen neck glands, runny nose, difficulty swallowing, red throat, coughing, hoarseness...
  • Hoarseness is not a disease in the strict sense of the word: it's a symptom of inflammation of the vocal cords. This inflammation may be linked to an ENT infection, vocal abuse, lack of sleep, lack of hydration or excessive smoking.

Euphon sugar-free lozenges are a dietary supplement designed for the well-being of the throat and vocal cords. These lozenges contain Erysimum, a medicinal plant renowned for its soothing properties on the vocal system.

Erysimum is the cornerstone of this product. It is traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, helping to relieve irritation and inflammation in the throat. People with demanding vocal needs or recurring throat problems will benefit significantly from this natural ingredient.

The absence of sugar in these lozenges makes the product ideal for those concerned about their sugar intake or following a specific diet. Euphon lozenges thus offer an effective and convenient way of soothing the throat without the drawbacks associated with sugar consumption.

It may also be worthwhile using a natural throat-softening spray.

We also offer Euphon Maux de gorge 70 Pastilles à suçer, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

How to use these lozenges

By mouth. 4 to 6 lozenges a day for 5 days. In the absence of improvement and/or aggravation after 5 days of treatment, consult a doctor.

What are the precautions for use?

  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Never use this product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.

What is their composition?

Erysimum (Sisymbrium officinale) dry aqueous extract on maltodextrin 10 mg per 0.8 g lozenge.

Excipient: saccharin, gum arabic, orange flavor, mandarin flavor, light liquid kerosene, glycerol.

Saccharin (or saccarin according to the 1990 spelling reform) is the oldest of the artificial sweeteners; it is listed under the number E954.
Saccharin is 300 to 500 times sweeter than 'ordinary sugar' (sucrose) and contains no calories. It was discovered in 1879 by scientists at John Hopkins University in the USA. Saccharin is not transformed by the body and is completely excreted by the kidneys.
