CERULYSE SOLUTION FOR EAR INSTILLATION 5g/100g XYLENE earwax-10ML: Drug recommended to dissolve the earwax in the ear canal.

Warning: This is a medicine. Read the instructions carefully before use. If in doubt, contact your pharmacist.

Description of cerulyse solution for auricular instillation 5g/100g xylene bouchon de cerumen 10ml

Cerulyse 5g/100g ear instillation solution is recommended for dissolving cerumenplugs in the ear canal.

Recognizing a cerumen impaction
Ears need protection. They need to be open to the outside world, but the canal leading to the eardrum needs to be protected from external aggression.

Good ear hygiene will enable you to keep discomfort to a minimum.

This is what earwax is for: it traps foreign bodies and bacteria likely to infect the ear. It also protects the skin from moisture. Nevertheless, its waxy consistency leads it in certain circumstances to accumulate and form a cerumen plug in front of the eardrum.

You'll generally feel :

  • Reduced hearing.
  • Other problems such as tinnitus or ringing in the ears, sometimes even vertigo.
  • An unpleasant feeling of pressure in one or both ears.

An itchy, stinging or painful ear.

Free your ears from earwax build-up

Earwax plugs can cause discomfort and even temporary hearing loss. Fortunately, CERULYSE AURICULAR INSTILLATION SOLUTION is here for you. This solution is specially designed to gently dissolve earwax plugs in the ear canal, allowing you to regain clear hearing and immediate comfort.

An effective formula with Xylene

CERULYSE's formula contains xylene, a solvent that works quickly to dissolve excess earwax. There's no need to worry about the irritation or pain commonly associated with manual plug removal. Simply use this solution safely to restore normal hearing.

Ease of use for fast relief

One of CERULYSE's key features is its ease of use. Thanks to its special tip, it's easy to place the solution in the ear without risk of injury. Wait a few minutes, then tilt your head to allow the solution to flow. You'll feel relief almost immediately. Forget the sensation of blocked ears and enjoy the clarity of sound.

Directions for use and advice on cerulyse solution for ear instillation 5g/100g xylene cerumen plugs

  • Soft ear plugs: while keeping the head tilted, instill a few drops (ear bath), around ten minutes before earwashing.
  • Hard plugs: for 3 to 4 days prior to earwax removal, perform an ear bath 3 times a day.

Method and route of administration

By ear.

Remove the white screw cap with nipple, remove the seal and screw the cap back onto the bottle.

Unscrew the orange cap and instill into the ear. To avoid unpleasant contact of the cold solution in the ear, warm the bottle in the palm of the hand before use.

FAQ :

Q1 : How long does it take for CERULYSE to dissolve an earwax plug? A1: The time required may vary according to the size and density of the plug. In general, you can feel relief within a few minutes of ear instillation. If the plug persists, consult a healthcare professional.

Q2: Are there any precautions to take before using this product? A2: Yes, be sure to read the instructions provided with the product carefully. Avoid using CERULYSE if you have a history of allergy to xylene or other solvents. Consult a physician if in doubt.

INDICATIONS (summary)
This drug is an oily auricular solution used to dissolve ear wax plugs.
CONTRAINDICATIONS (summary)
This medication should not be used for perforation of the eardrum.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE (summary)
Reheat the bottle between the hands before use to limit the unpleasant sensation associated with the introduction of cold liquid into the ear.
Tilt the head to the side and insert the solution into the ear. Keep your head in this position for 10 minutes (ear bath).

Usual dosage:

Use a dozen drops for each ear bath.
  • Soft corks: after the ear bath, wax the earwax with an ear-shaped pear containing warm water.
  • Hard corks: the deposits of cerumen harden after a few months, and their extraction must generally be carried out by a doctor. The prior dissolution of the stopper by this solution will facilitate its extraction and make it less painful. Ideally, an ear bath should be performed three times a day for the 3 days prior to the consultation. The excess solution can be evacuated after 10 minutes, by tilting the head over a piece of cotton, for example. It is normal to feel a clogged ear feeling, as there is often a bit of solution between the earwax plug and the eardrum.
TIPS (summary)
The solution is oily: it can stain clothes.
This medication should not be stored for more than 30 days after first use.
POSSIBLE ADVERSE EFFECTS (summary)
Local irritation.
