In 2015, Alfa Wassermann merged with the Sigma-Tau group, giving birth to Alfasigma, now one of the five leading operators in the Italian pharmaceutical market. Calciprat Vitamin D3 1000 mg / 800 IU is indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin D and calcium deficiencies in subjects at risk (elderly, post-menopausal women, osteoporosis patients). It takes the form of chewable tablets, making it easier to comply with treatment.
Several dosages are available (400 IU, 800 IU) in packs of 30 or 60 tablets, adapted according to age, physiological condition (growth, pregnancy, breastfeeding) or specific clinical needs.
Surfortan is an adjunctive anti-asthenic medication. It combines essential amino acids, vitamin B6, potassium and phosphorus, acting as a general metabolic support in cases of temporary fatigue. It is indicated for adults and children aged 6 and over. The drinkable ampoule form, to be taken diluted in a little water before meals, is convenient and rapidly assimilated.
Météoxane, based on simeticone, is indicated for the treatment of abdominal pain associated with bloating, intestinal gas and mild diarrhea. Its mechanical effect creates a protective film on the mucous membranes, facilitating the expulsion of gas. It comes in capsule form, generally administered before meals.
Made from blond psyllium, Parapsyllium is a gentle laxative that works by increasing stool volume. It is recommended for the symptomatic treatment of occasional constipation. Parapsyllium is particularly suitable for patients seeking a plant-based solution. However, its use is contraindicated in cases of intestinal obstruction or unexplained abdominal pain.
Bacilor is a microbial antidiarrheal designed to restore disturbed intestinal flora. It is used as an adjunctive treatment, in addition to appropriate rehydration. Available in capsule or powder sachet form, it is well tolerated, even by children.
Esoxx One contains a combination of chondroitin sulfate andhyaluronic acid, forming a protective barrier on the esophageal mucosa. It is recommended in cases of acid reflux, to relieve burning and prevent chronic irritation.
