How to use this seawater nasal remedy?

Place the baby in a side-lying or sitting position, with head tilted to one side. Spray for the first time. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril. Apply a spray by pressing for a few seconds on the nozzle, letting the excess solution drain off, then blowing the nose. Repeat the operation in the other nostril. Rinse and dry. 2 to 6 sprays minimum per day in each nostril.

Wash the nose of children aged 2 and over:

• Place the baby or child in a side-lying or sitting position, with head tilted to one side;
• Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril and apply brief pressure for a few seconds;
• Allow excess solution to drain away, then blow your nose;
• Repeat the operation in the other nostril;
• After each use, clean the tip with soapy water, rinse and dry.
