FRONTLINE Spot-On pipettes are just as effective as the spray version, but easier to use, especially on cats. In less than 24 hours, your cat is protected for 4 weeks against fleas and 2 weeks against ticks.

What is Frontline Spot-On Cat used for?

Protect your indoor cat (house, city apartment) for 6 months with these easy-to-apply Frontline pipettes. These pipettes are designed to offer complete protection against parasites such as ticks and fleas. Using Frontline Spot-On Cat means choosing optimum safety for your four-legged friend, by preventing illness caused by these parasites.

Frontline pipettes are effective in preventing and treating ailments caused by fipronil-sensitive parasites, mainly ticks and fleas. From the age of 3 months, kittens can be treated, as well as pregnant or lactating cats, guaranteeing continuous protection from an early age.

Ticks, these well-known ectoparasites, are particularly prevalent in certain regions, such as hunting areas and woodlands. The main tick species can transmit serious diseases such as piroplasmosis, borreliosis (Lyme disease) and ehrlichiosis. Lyme disease, a zoonosis, can also affect humans, which is why it's so important to protect your cat.

Thanks to its formulation, Frontline Spot-On Cat ensures prolonged efficacy. The product concentrates in the sebaceous glands and is released gradually, guaranteeing continuous protection week after week. A single treatment provides reliable security against parasites for several weeks, making it easier to manage infestations.

Applying Frontline Spot-On Cat is simple and convenient. The pipettes are designed for direct application to the skin, ensuring even distribution of the product over the cat's entire body. This ease of use makes treatment less stressful for the animal and more convenient for the owner.

Frontline Spot-On Cat is suitable for all cats, including kittens from 3 months of age and pregnant or lactating cats. This product is a wise choice for all cat owners concerned about the health and well-being of their companions. Pregnant and nursing cats can be treated without risk, ensuring complete protection at every stage of life.

By choosing Frontline Spot-On Cat, you're opting for an effective and practical solution to protect your cat against ticks and fleas. This product offers continuous protection and easy application, ensuring your companion's health and well-being. For complete protection of your home, don't forget to buy Frontline Combo Cat pipettes.

How to use this product

To apply Frontline Spot-On Cat, it's essential to follow a few simple but crucial steps. First, make sure your cat's skin is dry. Carefully part the hair between the shoulders so that the skin is clearly visible. Then apply the pipette directly to the skin, not the hair. The product spreads over the whole body and concentrates in the sebaceous glands, ensuring prolonged efficacy. Apply one pipette of Frontline Spot-On Cat per pet (0.5 ml) to the base of the head to prevent licking.

Precautions for use

It is crucial to apply the product to an area where the animal cannot lick itself, and to ensure that cats do not lick each other. Data on the effect of bathing or shampooing after application are not available, but it is advisable not to bathe cats within two days of application. Attached ticks may occasionally be observed, and the transmission of infectious diseases cannot be completely ruled out. Fleas often infest baskets, sleeping areas and carpets. These areas should be treated with a suitable insecticide and vacuumed regularly for complete protection.
