Description of donjoy immo upper limb vest

Donjoy's Immo is a sling for immobilizing the upper limb , particularly after trauma. Immo can be used as a shoulder or arm sling. The straps are integrated and the stabilizing belt is removable. It is made of foam lined with terry cloth.
This is a bilateral model.

Indications:

• Immobilization of the upper limb (post-traumatic, post-operative)
• Restraint for shoulder trauma
• Rotator cuff injuries
• Neurology: paralysis, hemiplegia

To choose your size, please take your measurements according to the following table:

*Measured from elbow flexion crease to finger flexion crease

Fitting:

• Place forearm in sleeve, Donjoy label on top outside and straps facing up (photo A)
• Pass straps over shoulders (photo B)
• Cross straps over back (photo C)
• Bring the straps forward, passing them under the sleeve and securing them with the Velcro fasteners (photo D)
• To immobilize the arm against the body, wrap the stabilizing belt around the thorax, then secure (photo E)
