How to use this essential oil
3 times a day, place 2 drops on a neutral tablet for adults and 1 drop for children over 7.
Motionsickness: 1 drop of lemon oil on a neutral tablet before departure, repeat during the journey.
Children tired by repeated infections: 1 drop of lemon essence + 1 drop of Ravensare essential oil on a neutral tablet, 4 to 5 times a day.
Hepatic insufficiency (nausea, migraines, drowsiness after meals): 1 drop of lemon oil + 1 drop of peppermint essential oil on a neutral tablet, 2 times a day after meals.
Immune tonic (children > 7 years): 3 drops of Yellow Lemon essential oil + 1 drop of Thyme linalol essential oil + 1 drop of Ravintsara essential oil, 1 to 2 drops of this mixture + 5 drops of Macadamia Vegetable Oil as a morning stomach massage.
Precautions for use
- Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women (contains limonene which may cause uterine contractions).
- Avoid in cases of hypertension.
- Do not apply undiluted (dermocaustic), always dilute.
- Risk of photosensitization (erythema, edema). Do not apply essential oil before exposure to the sun; always wait 6 hours before use.
