Sebiprox 1.5% shampoo contains a compound called ciclopirox olamine, which belongs to a group of drugs known as"antifungals". Sebiprox shampoo 1.5% is recommended for scaly, red and itchy scalps (known as seborrheic dermatitis).

How to use it correctly

To get the most out of Sebiprox, apply a sufficient quantity to wet hair, massage gently into the scalp and leave on for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Use twice a week for the first four weeks, then reduce to once a week to maintain results.

• Use Sebiprox shampoo only on your hair, scalp and adjacent areas if necessary.
• You can use a mild shampoo on days when you're not using Sebiprox shampoo.

Contraindications

Sebiprox is generally well tolerated, but it's important to note that some people may be allergic to one of its ingredients. Avoid using this product if you have a known allergy to any of its ingredients. In the event of irritation or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a health care practitioner.

The other ingredients are: sodium lauryl ether sulfate 70% cocamidopropyl betaine, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, citric acid monohydrate (for pH adjustment), coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, hexylene glycol, oleic alcohol, polysorbate 80, polyquaternium 10, perfume AF 17050 (containing dipropylene glycol), sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment), purified water.

Notable excipient: dipropylene glycol (contained in fragrance AF17050).

• If you accidentally swallow SEBIPROX shampoo: the ingredients in Sebiprox shampoo are not known to be harmful if swallowed in small quantities.
