Arginine products are most often aimed at bodybuilders, athletes, muscle injury victims, or people affected by heart conditions. The dosages then depend on the diet of the person. They are most often between three and ten grams per day, to be taken between thirty and sixty minutes before training or before bedtime.
As a semi-essential amino acid, arginine is present in many food sources of protein, both animal and vegetable. This element plays several important roles in the functioning of the body.
Researchers believe that arginine improves the physical performance of athletes. This hypothesis is based on the roles played by the amino acid in the body, such as its participation in the production of creatine. This substance is therefore involved in muscle contraction, as well as in the muscle mass/fat mass ratio (https://medlineplus.gov/exerciseandphysicalfitness.html). This property is also attributed to arginine due to its role in stimulating growth hormone (GH).
Sargenor 1G 40 sugar-free chewable tablets comes in the form of an effervescent tablet; 2 tubes of 20.
The treatment of functional asthenia is based on simple measures: sufficient sleep time, moderate consumption of alcohol, coffee and tea, stopping smoking, practicing a sport, removing, when this is possible, stress exposures. This drug is only an adjunctive treatment which completes the action of these essential measures. Effervescent tablets should be stored away from moisture.
