How to use this respiratory balm

At the first signs of a cold, as a preventive measure or as a complement to oral treatment(Aromaforce easy breathing syrup), we recommend the following dosages:

• Adults (aged 12 and over): Apply a dab of Aromaforce Respiratory Balm (1 teaspoonful) to the chest or upper back 3 to 4 times a day.
