What is Toco 500 mg Vitamin E Tocopherol used for?

Toco 500 Vitamin E, also known as "tocopherol", is an essential fat-protecting, soluble vitamin.
Several forms of Vitamin E exist in nature, but alpha- tocopherol is biologically the most active and a major antioxidant for the body. However, all tocopherols (beta, delta and gamma) have specific biological activities and functions.

Indications

Treatment of vitamin E deficiency.

Vitamin E in Toco 500 prevents lipid oxidation, thus preserving the body's reserves of fat-soluble vitamin A, preventing oxidation which has harmful effects on biological processes. The effectiveness of vitamin E is due to the quality of "D-alpha-tocopherol", the natural, biologically active form of vitamin E. D-L-alpha-tocopherol is a synthetic form of vitamin E.

In the never-ending quest for a healthy, balanced life, Toco 500 mg Vitamin E Tocopherol is a reliable solution. This dietary supplement is rich in vitamin E, an essential fat-soluble nutrient known for its exceptional antioxidant properties.

One of vitamin E's greatest assets is its ability to neutralize free radicals. These unstable molecules can damage cells and are implicated in premature aging and the development of various chronic diseases.

Vitamin E also plays a key role in supporting the immune system. In a world where stress and dietary imbalances are commonplace, a sufficient intake of vitamin E can help maintain the body's defense barrier.

And that's not all. Vitamin E also promotes better cardiovascular health by preventing lipid oxidation, which helps reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.

Pharmacokinetic properties

Intestinal absorption of around 50% at therapeutic doses. Vitamin E enters the bloodstream via the lymphatic system. In the blood, it is almost totally bound to betalipoproteins.
Vitamin E is distributed to all tissues, but does not easily cross the placental barrier (1/5).
Metabolites with a quinone structure (very similar to coenzyme Q) have been found in tissues. 70% of the dose is eliminated via the liver, the remainder being converted mainly into glycuronide and excreted via the kidneys.

How to use vitamin E

One capsule a day, in the morning with breakfast.
Swallow the capsule as is, with the contents of a glass of water.
