To deodorize feet and shoes, one reflex as always: baking soda, famous for its ability to absorb moisture and unpleasant odors, and kill the bacteria caused by them.
It's best to bathe your feet in lukewarm water to which you add baking soda until the water becomes cloudy. Then add squeezed lemon juice for a touch of freshness.
Use for at least 15 minutes a day to limit foot odours.
