How to use these blister plasters?

After application, keep the palm of your hand pressed against the plaster for about 1 minute to ensure good adhesion. Wait for the dressing to peel off before reapplying.

An alternative technique to avoid having feet dotted with ugly blisters is to use a double pair of socks. The thickness of the sock reduces or even eliminates contact between foot and shoe. With every movement, there's no rubbing against the foot.

Blisters appear as a result of contact between the skin and the shoe material, particularly leather. The result is irritation, heating, burning and blistering. To reduce this discomfort, rub the inside of the shoe with dry soap (or moisturizing milk). The soap acts as a lubricant, making the foot more comfortable and preventing it from rubbing against the shoe. You can also opt for thick socks, stockings, insoles, etc.
