Discover Sunsimed Pigment Avène, your ally against pigmentation spots and photo-induced aging. SPF 50+ protection in 80 ml bottle.

What is Sunsimed Pigment Avène used for?

Sunsimed Pigment Avène represents a highly effective solution for those seeking to protect their skin from the harmful effects of the sun. This SPF 50+ medical device is specifically formulated for people with pigmentation disorders, such as lentigos, melasma and freckles. By effectively filtering UVA and UVB rays, as well as blue light, it plays a crucial role in preventing photoaging and the formation of brown spots, thus preserving the skin's youthfulness and health.

Thanks to its high content of pro-tocopherol, a leading antioxidant, Sunsimed Pigment helps combat free radicals and oxidative stress. This action is essential for protecting skin cells against damage caused by environmental aggressions. What's more, the formula is designed to deliver up to 8 hours of continuous hydration, ensuring soft, supple skin all day long, preventing the skin dryness often exacerbated by sun exposure.

Incorporating TriAsorBTM, Sunsimed Pigment 's formulation guarantees excellent tolerance, even for the most sensitive skin. Fragrance-free and octocrylene-free, this product minimizes the risk of skin irritation. This makes it pleasant to use every day, without the inconveniences often associated with conventional sun creams, making it ideal for users with reactive skin or skin allergic to certain chemical compositions.

The presence of vederine in Sunsimed Pigment helps strengthen the skin barrier. This crucial component supports the skin's integrity, protecting it from external aggression and facilitating its natural regeneration. By strengthening the skin's barrier, this product helps maintain optimal hydration and prevent the entry of pollutants and allergens that can trigger or aggravate pigmentation disorders.

The hesperidin methyl chalcone, or HMC, contained in the product plays a vital role in regulating melanin production, which is crucial in preventing the appearance of new pigmentation alterations. By modulating this synthesis, Sunsimed Pigment helps even out skin tone, reducing the appearance of existing spots and the formation of new ones.

Sunsimed Pigment Avène is an indispensable ally in the management of pigmentation problems, offering protection, care and prevention to maintain visibly healthy, resilient skin. This product transcends the capabilities of an ordinary sunscreen to become an essential part of the skin care regime for those who are particularly vulnerable to sun damage.

We also offer Avène Solaire Ultra Fluide Invisible SPF50 50 ml, at the best price in our online pharmacy.

Mineral or chemical: Which sunscreen to choose? Mineral or chemical: Which sunscreen to choose?

Summer is the season of holidays: wind, beach, and of course the sun. After long months wrapped up in jumpers, mittens, hats and under our duvets, we finally see the rays of this star appear. We can't wait to get the swimming costumes out of our dressing room and go to the beach or jump straight into the pool. But…

Does sunscreen prevent the synthesis of vitamin D? Does sunscreen prevent the synthesis of vitamin D?

About 80% of adults are vitamin D deficient. However, it is difficult to determine all the factors that can alter our vitamin D levels. When sunlight comes into contact with the skin, the body starts to make vitamin D. In addition, although some foods such as oily fish contain vitamin D, others are simply fortified with the vitamin.
