    LT Labo PURE Q10 Coenzyme Q10 + Vitamins anti-oxidant capsules

    Combines coenzyme Q10 with a vitamin complex (B1, B2, B6, C and D) for targeted, comprehensive action on the heart, mind, nerves, muscles, immune system... and a particularly effective anti-aging & anti-fatigue action.

    • Vitamin B1** contributes to normal heart function.
    • Vitamins B1, B6 and C* contribute to normal mental function.
    • Vitamins B1, B2 and C contribute to normal nervous system function.

    Composition

    Coenzyme Q10 on a lipid base (coconut milk powder rich in
    omega 7), vitamins C, B6, B2, B1 and D.
    Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
    Filling agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
    Vegetable capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

    Maximum daily dose (2 capsules) provides : Coenzyme Q10 200 mg, vitamin C 24 mg (30% VNR*), vitamin D3 1,50 μg (30% VNR*), vitamin B6 0,42 mg (30% VNR*), vitamin B2 0,42 mg (30% VNR*), vitamin B1 0,34 mg (30% VNR*).

    Closely related to vitamin K in chemical structure, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is also an antioxidant, meaningit protects the body from damage caused by free radicals (oxidative stress).
    Acting like a vitamin in the body, this coenzyme activates energy production at the cellular level. All physiological processes requiring energy expenditure need CoQ10. It is present throughout the body, in the heart, in the mucous membranes of the gums and stomach, in the tissues of all the organs that play a role in the immune system, in the liver, kidneys and prostate.

    Q10 is present in all our cells, particularly in areas of intense physiological activity: muscles, heart, brain, liver, lungs... and the reproductive spheres are the main consumers of Q10. All processes requiring energy expenditure need Q10.

    • Heart: By ensuring the production of energy (ATP), Q10 contributes to the proper functioning of the heart. Numerous studies have confirmed that almost all cardiac parameters are improved by taking 100 to 200 mg of CoQ10.
    • Muscles: It provides extra energy (throughout the body, including the heart).
    • Sport: In athletes, Q10 improves resistance to training, performance and recovery.
    • Cancer: In conjunction with other therapies, Q10 significantly extends life expectancy in patients with pancreatic, lung, rectal, laryngeal, colon and prostate cancers (Folkers K, Brown R, Judy WV, et al: Biochemical and Biophysical research Communications 192 (1) 241-245,1993). In a study conducted in Denmark on breast cancer patients whose only therapy was antioxidants and coenzyme Q10, the survival rate was 100% after 2 years, whereas almost 20% of deaths had been declared unavoidable. (Lockwood K, Moesgaard S, Hanioka T, et al: Molecular aspects of medicine 15 (suppl): S231-S240, 1994).
    • Fertility: CoQ10 improves fertility, especially sperm mobility.
    • Oral health: Gingivitis, loosening of the gums, periodontal disease: Periodontal disease affects 60% of young people and... 90% of people over 65. Taking 100 mg Q10 daily for 6 months reduces both gum inflammation and the depth of periodontal "pockets" between teeth and gums. Q10 accelerates the energy metabolism of the gums, boosting the body's repair capacity.
