Tanning is a process that occurs spontaneously in response to exposure to the sun. It plays an important role in protecting the skin. In fact, the darker the skin's tan, thanks to the production of melanin, the better it is able to "filter" UV rays(1). Food also provides the skin with the resources it needs to defend itself against UV aggression and the resulting production of free radicals.

(1) UV (Ultraviolet): radiation emitted by the sun that causes tanning. A distinction is made between UVA and UVB rays. In high doses, they can have harmful effects on health.

Take two tablets a day with a glass of water at mealtime.
Follow the program for at least 2 months. Can be taken continuously throughout the year.
For optimum effect, start taking the tablets four weeks before exposure to the sun. Then continue during the exposure period and continue for a month afterwards.
Hâle Parfait does not replace sunscreen. Always use a sun cream with a protection factor adapted to your skin, and remember that you must always be careful in the sun, especially between 11am and 3pm.
