Tanning is a process that occurs spontaneously in response to exposure to the sun. It plays an important role in protecting the skin. In fact, the darker the skin's tan, thanks to the production of melanin, the better it is able to "filter" UV rays(1). Food also provides the skin with the resources it needs to defend itself against UV aggression and the resulting production of free radicals.

(1) UV (Ultraviolet): radiation emitted by the sun that causes tanning. A distinction is made between UVA and UVB rays. In high doses, they can have harmful effects on health.

Take two tablets a day with a glass of water at mealtime.
