How do I use this breast milk bottle?

Precautions for use :

• When freezing, do not fill more than 3/4 of the bottle, to leave space for the milk to solidify.
• Indicate the expression date on the bottle.
• To preserve the components of breast milk, thaw in the fridge the day before use, or place under lukewarm, non-boiling water (approx. 37°C).
• Gently shake the bottle to homogenize the fats.
• Do not defrost breast milk in a microwave oven or a pan of boiling water (risk of burns).
• Clean each part of the bottle separately after each use.
• The bottle is dishwasher-safe.
