How to use this essential oil

Expectorant, mucolytic and de-clogging action for bronchopulmonary conditions such as bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; dilute rosemary cineole essential oil 20% in black cumin vegetable oil. Apply to the solar plexus and upper back 3 times a day for 3 to 4 days.

In case of lung congestion or sinusitis: Apply a few drops of rosemary cineole essential oil in dilution with vegetable oil to your thorax and solar plexus.
