Take the equivalent of 70ml in a measuring glass of Sève de Bouleau Bio every morning on an empty stomach, for one week. Repeat with each change of season. You can also dilute Sève de Bouleau Bio in a glass of water.
For athletes: drink the equivalent of 50 mL undiluted before exercise and dilute 50 mL in water to drink during exercise.
