Humer Pharyngitis Lozenges is designed as a therapeutic intervention for conditions associated with throat inflammation and irritation. This medicine combines several key ingredients, namely Ectoin, vegetable oil and beeswax, grape skin extract, and menthol. This combination of active ingredients and excipients targets various symptoms for a comprehensive and effective treatment.
Ectoin is a natural osmolyte known for its membrane-stabilizing properties. This compound is crucial in maintaining cellular hydration, helping to alleviate symptoms of inflammation and irritation in pharyngeal tissue. Its ability to create a hydrated microenvironment around cell membranes makes Ectoin an indispensable ingredient in lozenge formulation.
Vegetable oil and beeswax add a textural dimension to lozenges, making them easier to swallow and promoting prolonged action in the throat. These lipid components contribute to the formation of a hydrophobic film on the surface of mucous membranes, acting as a physical barrier against irritants and limiting discomfort. Grape skin extract enriches the formula with its high content of polyphenols, molecules renowned for their antioxidant activity. The antioxidant effect helps neutralize free radicals and limit oxidative stress, a factor often associated with chronic or acute inflammatory processes, particularly in the throat.
Menthol, a monoterpene alcohol, is included in the formulation for its refreshing and light anesthetic properties. It provides an immediate sensation of freshness, while enhancing the taste of the lozenges, making them more pleasant to use for the patient.
We also offerFennel extract from the Ladrôme laboratory, at the best price in our online pharmacy.
