Gynefam Supra Allaitement 60 Capsules is a dietary supplement containing vitamins, minerals, taurine and omega 3, to help mothers combat vitamin, mineral and iron deficiencies.

What is Gynefam Supra Allaitement used for?

Gynéfam Supra Allaitement is a dietary supplement designed for breastfeeding women, to help restore your energy and vitality. Gynéfam Supra Allaitement contributes to your dietary intake of essential nutrients for optimal breastfeeding, promoting your baby's normal development.

Gynéfam Allaitement is a food supplement based on vitamins, minerals, taurine and omega 3, which helps mothers combat vitamin, mineral and iron deficiencies. Give your baby the best while breastfeeding! Gynefam breastfeeding capsules are a dietary supplement rich in 12 vitamins, taurine and 6 minerals. Specifically, 2 capsules provide the full reference intake of vitamins C, E, B1, B2, B6, B12, A and D.

The mother's consumption of docohexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the fetus and breast-fed child. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 200 mg of DHA daily, in addition to the daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

Gynéfam supra Allaitement meets the specific needs of breastfeeding women. Taken throughout your breastfeeding period, it provides you with the essential nutrients to help restore your energy and vitality and ensure optimal breastfeeding, favoring your baby's normal development.

  • Vitamin B9 (or folic acid, or folates) in the form of Quatrefolic®, an active form of folates, an innovative ingredient: folates contribute to normal psychological functions and reduce fatigue.
  • Iron: contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. Helps reduce fatigue. The iron in Gynéfam Supra Allaitement is in the form of iron bisglycinate, a small molecule absorbed intact in the intestine.
  • Vitamin C: contributes to normal psychological functions, normal energy metabolism and reduced fatigue. It also enhances iron absorption.
  • Vitamin B6: contributes to normal psychological functions, normal energy metabolism and reduced fatigue.
  • Vitamin B12: contributes to normal psychological functions, normal functioning of the immune system and reduces fatigue.
  • Vitamin A: contributes to normal iron metabolism and immune system function.
  • Vitamin D: contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and helps maintain normal bone structure. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
  • Iodine: contributes to normal cognitive function. It also contributes to normal thyroid hormone production and normal thyroid function.
  • Calcium: contributes to normal energy metabolism and is necessary for the maintenance of normal bone structure.
  • Omega-3 fatty acids: consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the breast-fed child. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 200 mg of DHA daily, in addition to the daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid).
  • Taurine: taurine is an amino acid derivative naturally present in the human body and physiologically present in breast milk. Taurine is involved in the conjugation of bile acids, facilitating the absorption of lipids. It also acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain and retina. Gynéfam Supra Allaitement provides an appropriate dose of taurine that's safe for you and your baby, promoting an appropriate concentration in your breast milk.

We also recommend C.C.D Oligobs Lactation Boost 14 Capsules, the vegan food supplement to boost lactation. Ideal from the day of delivery. Don't miss this opportunity.
