Take 1 PROTIDYNE snack* a day (lunch or dinner), with plenty of vegetables and a piece of fruit.
PROTIDYNE can also be used as a snack, replacing the usual snack.
*1 snack = 1 pod and a half = 32 g.
HOW TO USE :
Prepare your snack by pouring 250 ml of water or skimmed milk into a shaker, then add 1.5 scoops of PROTIDYNE® and shake until smooth and fluid.
You can increase or decrease the quantity of water or milk as you wish, depending on the intensity of the taste and the texture you desire: drink or milkshake. Each can of PROTIDYNE® makes 10 high-protein snacks.
