- DHA maternal reserves decrease during pregnancy at the time of the most important brain development of the fetus. DHA, contained in wild fish oil , is the most interesting omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, DHA contributes to brain function.
- Vitamins B9 or folic acid , allows good growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
- Calcium and Vitamin D3 are the basis of the process of bone formation and maintain normal bone.
