What is Actis Zinc Ceva used for?
A dietary nutritional supplement for cats and dogs suffering from dermatological problems: dermatitis, depilation, seborrheic skin, dandruff, keratinization disorders, coat alterations, zinc-responsive dermatitis...
Actis Zinc Ceva 30 Comprimés is designed to support dermatosis and depilation.
- Contains zinc, a trace element that plays an important role in dermal texture and hair quality.
- Contains vitamin B6 for its anti-seborrheic activity: essential for fatty acid metabolism and skin protection.
- Contains vitamin A, which regulates cell metabolism and sebaceous gland development.
Actis Zinc Ceva tablets are formulated to provide animals with a precise nutritional intake of zinc. Each tablet contains anhydrous dicalcium phosphate, a source of phosphorus and calcium essential for bone health. Pork meal is incorporated for its nutritional qualities, while Saccharomyces cerevisiae dead yeast provides a natural source of zinc. This combination of ingredients provides a balanced mineral supplement.
Zinc is an essential element in animal nutrition, playing a key role in many metabolic processes. Actis Zinc Ceva Tablets provide a highly bioavailable source of zinc thanks to Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast, ensuring optimal absorption. Phosphorus and calcium from anhydrous dicalcium phosphate support bone health and growth.
These tablets are designed for easy administration to animals. They can be incorporated into the daily diet to ensure adequate mineral nutrition. Thanks to their precise composition, these tablets are an effective tool for avoiding zinc deficiencies, ensuring optimal health and performance for animals.

Our advice and expert opinions
Factors influencing coat appearance
- For a beautiful coat, our dogs and cats need a balanced diet. In fact, fatty acids, vitamins and proteins are essential for coat health. However, if the diet is correct but the animal doesn't assimilate it normally, it will also be deficient in these elements.
- Certain hormones also influence hair growth. These include glucocorticoids, which inhibit hair growth, and thyroid hormones, which stimulate it. Thus, in the event of diseases affecting the organs producing these hormones (adrenals, thyroid), the appearance of the coat is altered.
- Parasites and skin fungi are another cause of coat modification.
- Finally, some animals suffering from behavioral disorders may lick themselves frantically, causing browning and hair loss.
