Scots Pine essential oil, produced by Pranarom, is extracted by distillation from the needles of Pinus sylvestris. It is recognized for its toning, respiratory antiseptic and decongestant properties.

How to use Scots pine essential oil?

Massage:

  • Cutaneous route: always dilute - 3 drops CTEO and 5 dropshazelnut vegetable oil 3 times a day on the body area opposite the target organ to be treated.
  • On a daily basis, for easy breathing, add 3 drops of Scots pine essential oil, 3 drops ofravintsara essential oil and 2 drops of peppermint essential oil to an inhaler to do a "good old" inhalation for 5 to 10 minutes. Protect your eyes
  • Mix 3 drops of Scots Pine essential oil with 10ml of vegetable oil (such assweet almond or jojobaoil ).
  • Massage gently over the chest and back for a decongestant effect.

Diffusion:

  • Pour a few drops into a diffuser.
  • Leave to diffuse for 20-30 minutes to purify ambient air and facilitate breathing.

Inhalation:

  • Pour 2-3 drops into a bowl of warm water.
  • Inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes to clear the respiratory tract.

Additional tip:

For a relaxing effect after a long day, add a few drops of Scots Pine essential oil to your bath water. This helps relieve muscular aches and offers a feeling of well-being.

Special precautions

  • Skin irritation (dermocaustic) possible in pure form.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
  • Do not exceed recommended dose
  • Unless directed by a doctor or pharmacist, do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children under 6 years of age.
  • Store away from heat and light.
