What is LCA Organic Grapefruit Essential Oil 10 ml used for?

LCA Grapefruit essential oil regulates appetite. It's ideal for slimming diets, as it helps curb snacking cravings . Grapefruit essential oil is a digestive stimulant, nervous system tonic, hair loss fighter, astringent, air antiseptic, detoxifier, liver and kidney drainer, diuretic and depurative.

It contracts and stimulates tissues. It is therefore very useful in the care of oily skin. Grapefruit essential oil also has a diuretic action that promotes slimming by eliminating water retention problems. It also combats hair loss.

It has many virtues, including

Air antiseptic: a powerful disinfectant when diffused in the air, thanks to its bactericidal and antiviral properties. It can be used to purify ambient air or disinfect a room.

How to use this essential oil

Cutaneous application

Grapefruit essential oil is photosensitizing, so don't apply it to the skin before exposure to the sun.
It is also irritating and dermocaustic in its pure state, so dilute it 20% in a vegetable oil before applying to the skin (20% essential oil with 80% vegetable oil).

As a vapour:

For pregnant women over 3 months, and babies and children over 3 months, diffusion is an authorized method of use.

Precautions for use

Grapefruit essential oil is reserved foradults andadolescents.

It can be applied diluted to the skin. Ingestion and inhalation are authorized, but diffusion is the preferred method of use.

Finally, due to its high limonene content, this essential oil is allergenic and presents a risk of nephrotoxicity when ingested in large doses over long periods.
