What is Novalac Ha 2 Age Hypoallergenic Milk used for?
Novalac HA 2 is recommended from the age of 6 months for the prevention of food allergies in babies.
In the event ofallergies in your baby, the symptoms can range from skin rashes (on cheeks, arms or joints, for example) to eczema, rhinitis (runny eyes or nose) or asthma. If your baby has an atopic background (if you, your partner or your baby's siblings have a history of allergies or food intolerances), Novalac HA 2 is recommended as a preventive measure.
The proteins in Novalac HA 2eme age have been partially hydrolyzed (cut) to reduce its antigenic potential and thus reduce the risk of allergy to milk proteins. It has a pleasant taste to make it more acceptable to infants.
It is therefore suitable for children one of whose parents is allergic or intolerant to cow's milk proteins, or for babies with eczema.
We also recommend Novalac S 2 Age Lait De Suite Satiete 800g, a satiating infant milk that can be given to your child for daily feeding if baby is a "little glutton" who often clamors, or simply for the evening bottle of milk to help him get a good night's sleep.
How do I use this infant milk?
Carefully clean and sterilize bottle, cap and nipple.
Pour the required amount of water into the bottle.
Use bottled water with low mineral content, or tap water that has been boiled and cooled.
For best reconstitution, water should be lukewarm (approx. 40-45°C) before adding the powder.
Fill the measuring spoon in the can with powder, then press it against the rim of the can.
Add the corresponding number of level measuring spoons of powder to the water, in the correct proportion: 1 measuring spoon to 30 ml of water.
Cap the bottle to facilitate dissolution, roll it between your hands and shake vigorously.
Before feeding, check the temperature of the milk by pouring a few drops onto your wrist.
